Automatic Fan
This is a fan that follows you around the room. A person wears a band/bracelet that sends out signals t the fan telling it of the wearers position. The fan would then rotate according to the angle that the user is with the fan. Also, wen on sweep, the user should have the ability to control the sweep of the fan.

Heat Sensing thermometer
Expanding on the Heat sensing idea, why not make a temperature reader using the heat sensing technology. It would involve making a glass/plastic rod attached to some insulated material. The plastic/glass part would be dipped into any hot/cool are and that part would light up according to the temperature by LED lights. It can be powered by AA battery or a rechargeable one.
THeory about INdian Caste System and Human Nature
Everyone knows that Hinduism involves a caste that distinguishes social classes that are indicated by birth. However, I believe that this was not always the case. In the early days, when Hinduism was being formed, the caste system was not meant to be by birth but by a persons ability. A person who was smarter would go to a higher caste while the stupid people would end up in a lower caste.
This all changed as a result of Human Nature, which is to survive and to ensure that your offspring has a greater opportunity for success. When the high caste parents saw their children being demoted to a lower caste, the argued a lot and probably convinced the Hindus to allow their children to remain in the High Caste. After a while the higher castes became overcrowded as a result of the people currently there and also from people moving up. Finally, it was decided that the caste system would be by birth and not by merit.
Also, the idea of reincarnation was developed so the lower caste members would not riot and give them some hope of improving their own life. Slowly the religion was taken completely away from its intention of providing a good life path for people and became obsessed with Gods and Rituals.

RTS game, SPORE style
While I was playing the Civilization stage in SPORE, I thought, why not make a full fledged game like this, where users can create their own units and vehicles with their own stats. For those of you who are not familiar with SPORE, it is a game that involves creating your creature, which you can evolve and eventually conquer the galaxy. The civilization stage in Spore is a real-time-strategy (RTS) game. In the stage, you can design all of the vehicles, buildings etc. for your civilization.
This is a great new concept and the idea is to let players design their own units, vehicles and buildings in an RTS game. People would be able to make units and add and remove weapons, armor etc. that would change the unit's stats. Therefore, players would be able to make units that suit their strategy. Also, the better stats a unit has, the more expensive it will be.
I believe that many people will be interested in this game and will provide endless fun as each new battle will be a different experience.

Heat Sensing Mug
This idea was inspired from my previous one, Heat Sensing Coffee Table.
Many people can't bear to drink hot beverages where the temperature is too cold or too hot. This mug aims to solve that problem. The idea is to have a mug that would sense the temperature of the beverage inside and then have a section or the entire mug light up based on the temperature.

Heat Sensing Coffee Table.
I was looking at this article http://home.howstuffworks.com/10-wacky-home-inventions4.htm which is about a coffee table that uses LED lights to light up the table wherever there is some object resting on it. It is an interesting concept and I think it can be expanded.
One idea can be used to make a coffee table that senses the heat of the objects that have been placed on top of it. Just like the heat sensing cameras, it would light a certain color that corresponds to the temperature of the object resting on top of it (red for hot, blue for cold). This would be useful for telling the temperature of beverages and other foods placed on the table to see if they can be eaten.

Harry Potter Houses
Each of the Houses in Harry Potter, Gryffindor, Slytherin Hufflepuff, and Ravenclaw, represent some form of good or evil. The name themselves use the psychology of the human brain to convey these ideas.
Gryffindor: the Good house
The name Gryffindor contains the sound grrr and is derived from the word Griffin. When one thinks of Grrrr, he/she associates the sound with a lion or another powerful beast. Lions are usually associated with courage and stregnth and this is exactly what the house represents.
Slytherin: Evil House
When you think of Slytherin, the word "Slither" come to mind which is a discription of how snakes move. In most parts of the World, especially the West, snakes are almost always evil. For example, the snake in Adam and Eve gives Eve the apple of sin. Therefore, the association of Slythein is with snakes. Even their house head's name, Snape, is ver similiar to snake.
Hufflepuff: The quite, helpful house
To me, the name Hufflepuff conveys a sense of a fat and jolly place. This is probably has to do with the fact that the name contains the word Puff, which reminds me of puffy and "chubby". This transitions into the next part, jolly. Fat people in literature usually tend to be Jolly and Helpful such as Santa Clause. In the series, the Hufflepuff house does tend to be helpful at times.
Ravenclaw: the not-so-good house
The house Ravenclaw is made up of 2 words, Raven and Claw. A raven is usually a creature of the night and is kind of like a spy. Creatures of the Night are evl and Claw shows the predatorial aspect of the House, meaning it is able to defend itself. Also, throughout the book, very little is revealed about the House, which shows the secretive nature like that of a Raven's.
